Lorenzo joined the firm in 2018.

He deals with matters pertaining to civil and commercial law. In particular, he assists Italian and foreign clients in the real estate sector, from residential purchases to real estate development.

He has gained specific experience in retail transactions, assisting high-standing industry players in the industry with negotiating and drafting franchise agreements, commercial real estate leases, and leases and sales of companies and business units.

In addition, he has been involved in numerous negotiations following disputes over the abuse of economic dependence, especially with respect to industry and subcontracting, and he has assisted clients more recently with privacy and data protection issues.
